Measure across joint to joint from shoulder tip to shoulder tip at the back

Measure around the fullest part, placing the tape close up under the arms

3. MID WAIST
Measure across the narrowest part of your torso and it is often located at or above your belly button

4. LOW WAIST
Measure across the torso two inches below the mid waist

5. HIP
Measure 8inch (20 cms) down from your waist
