Shipping & Delivery

Your order will be delivered to the address that you indicate during checkout. Once you have placed your order, it will take between 7-10 business days with Standard Shipping and 2-3 business days with Express Shipping for your package to arrive.

Express Shipping is available only for certain items and via UPS; you may choose this option during checkout.2 - 4 business days with Standard Shipping & 1-2 business days (within India) with Express Shipping for your package to arrive.

For International orders, it will take 10-15 business days for your package to arrive. Express Shipping is available only for certain items and via UBX; you may choose this option during checkout. Unless otherwise indicated, Standard Shipping is complimentary fro all orders above $150 while Express Shipping requires an additional fee of $20. Please note that deliveries must be signed for.

In-Store Collection

You may choose to collect the products in your order from one of our boutiques located in Chennai, India during the store's normal opening hours. We do not charge you for standard delivery when you have chosen to collect the products from one of our boutiques. If you are collecting the products in person, you will need to show the boutique a copy of your order confirmation email. We will hold the products you ordered at the store for (7) calendar days. Please note that in case of In-store collection orders, the boutique cannot deliver or arrange delivery to a different or additional address. Accordingly, the product shall be collected at the store only.

Returns and Refunds

Any product that you purchase can be returned for free within 15 days from the order's delivery date.All items must be in the same condition in which they were delivered with all labels still attached.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns of the following products:

1. Sealed products that were opened following delivery, where return of such products is unsuitable for health or hygiene reasons (for example, underwear and fragrances);

2. Products that are personalized or made to your specifications; or

3. Products that have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

All returned products will be checked by us, within five (5) working days from the time we receive the parcel and send you an email confirming acceptance of the returned products and the refund due to you. In the case of a denied return our customer service will notify you of the reason and the package will be returned to you. Please note that various payment providers have different processing times for refunds and it may take a number of working days for refunds to be processed back to your original form of payment.

Returns must be sent from the same country in which your order was placed. We will not be able to accept returns from different countries.
