Gatsby.in accepts Returns and Exchanges in the following instances:
- Product (s) delivered is inaccurate than the one ordered
- Product (s) ,delivered is damaged on receipt
- Product (s) delivered does not fit
- All Ready to Wear garments are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of delivery.
- All SALE priced Ready-to-Wear garments are guaranteed against Manufacturing Defects for 15 Days from date of Delivery
- Ready-to-Wear Garments are considered off the Rack and made according to our Size guide
Return & Exchange Policy:
Ready to Wear –
If you change your mind once you receive your garment,
- Please log on to our website within 24 Hours of Delivery to initiate a Return.
- Customer Service rep will Contact within 24 hours to confirm and Send you a Return Shipping label
- Unworn, Un- Altered Garments In original Condition- will be refunded, upon receiving and inspecting the garment. We promise to refund ASAP- Delays may be caused due to bank Processing.
- Return to Gift Card or Issuing Store Credit will be immediate
- Items Purchased on Sale or Clearance will not be Valid for Returns (7 days for manufacturing defects)
Bespoke/Custom orders –
Custom orders Require One or Two Interactions, with the Design Associate handling the order, Before Final Shipping.
All Details will be confirmed in Advance and include a QC Video (Upon request) to ensure all measurements are in line With what was provided By the Client, and all details requested by the client have been followed.
Custom orders do NOT qualify for returns outside of manufacturing defects.
Return in case of manufacturing defects
- Custom Made Suits, Trousers, Shirts, tops – 30 days from Delivery
- Custom Indian Ethnic (sherwani, Kurta, Bandhgala, Bundi) – 7 Days from the Delivery Date
- Custom Tuxedos - Ceremonial/Red Carpet attire – 7 days from delivery
- Un-Worn, Un- Altered Garments In original Condition- will be refunded, upon receiving and inspecting the garment. We promise to refund ASAP- Delays may be caused due to bank Processing.
- Return to Gift Card or Issuing Store Credit will be immediate

Manufacturing defects include:
- Damaged/stained/soiled garment
- Weave, print and other fabric defects
- Faulty zippers, broken hardware details like buttons
